Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in contact center and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit and Underwriting activities include providing customer service support for credit line amounts, requests for increase and status
- Launch activities include customer service support for onboarding, validation calls, special projects, and cards
- Invoice management activities include customer service support for authorizations, billing management, and invoice processing
- Customer service activities include support for disputes, account changes, merchant reimbursements, and web/portal activities
- Process and system governance activities include customer service support for system issues/notices and spam
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of contact center and customer relationship management experience, as evidenced by applicable documentation
- French B2 proficiency
- English B2 proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Computer skills, including typing
