We're on the hunt for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Account Manager / Client Onboarding Coordinator.
Your mission is to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience by meticulously documenting their preferences and processes, empowering their Executive Assistants with the knowledge and support they need to thrive.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Crafting and maintaining detailed records of client preferences for their Inbox, Calendar, and essential company workflows.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates, addressing queries with professionalism, and maintaining a strong connection.
- Leveraging your exceptional communication skills to lead crucial onboarding calls, such as Ideal Week Planning and Assistant Onboarding Plans, to fully grasp and meet client expectations.
- Diving into clients' calendars to pinpoint efficiency gains, conducting time audits, and helping prioritize tasks to keep them on their A-game.
- Guiding the client's Executive Assistant through comprehensive training, ensuring a smooth workflow and providing ongoing support.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Client-facing experience, with a proven track record of building relationships and a portfolio in Onboarding, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An organizational prowess, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask with precision.
- Tech-savviness, particularly with inbox and calendar management tools.
- A team player mentality, adaptable and empathetic, ready to tackle any challenge.
- The drive to take initiative and excel in a dynamic environment.
