Customer Relationship Strategist

An Inside Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly. They collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive client engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product mix and profitability, making adjustments to meet TD SYNNEX-SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES objectives
- Develop strategic business plans and present them effectively to management
- Provide regional direction in the absence of the manager
- Offer team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc
- Manage advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build customer relationships
- Assist associates and reps in resolving complex customer problems or issues
- Help resellers obtain best pricing through alliances with internal TD departments; inform business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; form relationships and provide proactive business solutions
- Identify, develop, and implement business opportunities through customer-facing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Analyze research data from various sources, recommend appropriate courses of action
- Handle calls/correspondence for Management diplomatically
- Couch others in skill development, comprehend complex cross-functional business processes, and improve upon them
- Work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
- Facilitate group interactions
- Identify needs and opportunities, develop action plans to address
- Interact effectively with all levels of management
- Negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
- Serve as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and issues
- Sort through numerical information, recognize trends and details
- Use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level
- Possess strong leadership skills, willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
- Analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
