Job Description

Cisco Systems is a world leader in contact center solutions, driving businesses to provide exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires frequent communication with internal teams and occasional travel to client sites (10-20%).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Webex Contact Center Enterprise team. As a key member of our Solution Assurance team, you will build confidence across all stages of solution delivery lifecycle to drive customer success globally.

You will work closely with peers, engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Account Management: Interact with clients to understand business needs and recommend services and enhancements that achieve client objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your account portfolio to expand the Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise.
  • Engineering Empowerment: Work closely with Product Line engineering groups across Cisco to identify use cases not yet covered by our current platform/Patterns and submit them to product management.
Requirements
  • 7+ years related experience preferred
  • B.S or Masters in Business or Technical degree
  • Solid and proven client management experience
  • Experience with Contact Center design and deployment, IVR, or other related technologies
  • Excellent people management and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
