**Cloud Software Group is seeking a Customer Success Strategist to drive customer adoption and retention.**

**As a Customer Success Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric programs and processes to ensure customer success.**

**Key responsibilities include tracking key customer adoption metrics, owning customer onboarding, and demonstrating a deep understanding of complex customer needs.**

**You will also conduct webinars and training, engage with customers on a one-on-one basis, and identify expansion opportunities for our products.**

**To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of ShareFile products and services, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer data and make data-driven decisions.**
