Customer Success Representative

Veeam Software is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team in ensuring the best customer experience and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in their assigned territory, providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners.
The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer success and retention, with a focus on upselling customers to premium services and identifying opportunities for add-on sales of Veeam products.
The role requires effective management of renewal contracts, proactive monitoring of expiring agreements, and timely execution of actions to ensure customer continuation on maintenance agreements.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and previous sales experience in software or a related industry.
The ideal candidate will possess superb customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.
