Customer Success Strategist, Amazon Store Growth

About the Role:
Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl is seeking a skilled Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Strategic Account Managers responsible for the growth and development of top Sellers in the Amazon Store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers to drive business goals and improve the end-customer experience.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with Sellers and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of customers, such as driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, and partnering with external teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Brand Management, Customer Success, Account Management, and/or E-Commerce.
- Proven track record of developing business plans, navigating ambiguous situations, and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities across teams.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suites.
