The Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive business growth for influential Selling Partners on the Amazon platform. This role requires a high level of service, operational standards, and strategic joint business planning. The ideal candidate will be the face of Amazon to key Selling Partners, owning their satisfaction and contributing to their experience on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to Selling Partners within a specified SLA.
  • Identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience.
  • Play a quarterback role with oversight of key activities for Selling Partners, following up and escalating as appropriate.
  • Teach Selling Partners how to be more successful on Amazon through training and education.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Selling Partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
  • E-Commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use centralized resources, policies, and procedures.
