Customer Success Associate

As a key member of our customer account team, you will play a vital role in developing strategic metrics, analyzing customer reporting, and problem-solving. Your objective will be to build loyalty, increase retention, and grow revenue with existing customers by helping solve business problems with Syniverse solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic metrics and analyze customer reporting
• Build trusted partner/advisor relationships with assigned clients
• Work closely with customers to understand their measures of success and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor customer success KPIs and report on each assigned client
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service
• 2+ years in sales experience desirable
• BS/BA, preferably in Business or Marketing
• Syniverse product knowledge desirable
