Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Monitor customer health and provide proactive solutions to prevent churn.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a subscription-based business model.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
