Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in this exciting role. As a Regional Account Expert, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with our clients and ensuring their success with our products.
Key Responsibilities- Become the trusted advisor for assigned clients, providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders within our clients' organizations to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of our services.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with Syniverse product knowledge a plus.
