At Cloud Software Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our team in strategic retention efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the customer onboarding process, identifying expansion opportunities, and cultivating customer advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer success and growth through effective leadership and strategy.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing customer-centric programs and processes to drive adoption and retention
  • Leading a team of experienced professionals in customer success engineering
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver value to customers
  • Continuously assessing and reporting on customer health to identify accounts at risk of churn

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex customer data, identify trends and patterns, and develop targeted strategies to drive growth and retention. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
