About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our International Seller Services team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a portfolio of Amazon sellers, championing their needs and requirements to ensure their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and manage a portfolio of Amazon sellers, understanding their business needs and requirements
* Support the growth of sellers' businesses by adding new products and programs, and delivering on key business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product launches and relationship extensions
* Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, ensuring a great consumer experience
* Identify and approach prospects to establish long-term, successful partnerships
A Day in the Life
As a Customer Success Manager, you will spend your day interacting with sellers and Amazon Account Managers via phone and email to capture feedback, promote adoption, and ensure our user experience is constantly improving. You will also collaborate with the team to propose new features and innovations, ensuring we are responding to market trends.
About the Team
The International Seller Services organization develops solutions that enable sellers around the world, including the software platform and applications that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, and order management functions necessary for sellers to manage their business online at Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales or account management experience
* 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
* Experience with Excel and data analysis
* Experience in market or product research
