Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Strategic Account Managers, driving business growth, and developing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Brand Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, B2B, and/or E-Commerce. You will also have 5+ years of experience developing and leading teams while driving organizational goals. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers
  • Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals and contribute to business strategy development and identify the correct input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Sellers in your team's portfolio along with internal stakeholders; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate while monitoring Seller satisfaction
  • Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a large set of customers, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, partnering with external teams to align programs etc.
  • Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization

Benefits and Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL.
