Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to drive growth and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of managers, setting strategy and vision to deliver exceptional seller support.
  • Ensure seller satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreement targets, taking full accountability for results.
  • Identify and implement improvements that benefit a large customer base, driving efficiencies through tools and processes, and simplifying SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of SAS seller support.
  • Manage operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures and practices, and continually measuring and evaluating work processes.
  • Maintain open communications with business management teams, keeping them apprised of operational situations impacting their areas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the seller support team.

Requirements:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • 4+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
