About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing strategic joint business plans with our sellers, driving growth across their Amazon businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and maximize potential for assigned sellers.
  • Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and sellers to drive customer success with Amazon.
  • Build effective working relationships with sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria, understanding business needs of sellers, and improving team efficiency in an ever-changing business environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, and/or relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and/or E-Commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English level (oral and written).
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM tools like SalesForce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Program/project management and Scrum experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
