**Job Summary**


As a Strategic Account Manager at Td Synnex, you will be responsible for driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. You will work proactively to develop and execute strategic client-specific solutions.


**Key Responsibilities**


• Manage complex customer issues with minimal supervision

• Leverage TD executives for support

• Proactively manage accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability

• Make adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives

• Identify opportunities to sell TD full portfolio of products and services

• Develop strategic business plans and present to TD management

• Provide regional level direction in the absence of the manager

• On a daily basis, provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc

• Manage advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers

• Assist associates and reps in resolving complex customer problems or issues

• Help resellers get best pricing/deals through alliance with internal TD departments; inform business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; form relationships; provide proactive business solutions

• Requires high level of interpersonal and collaborative skills

• Identify, develop, and implement business opportunities through customer-facing activities

• Demonstrate detailed account knowledge

• Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase TD SYNNEX sales and profits

• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners, customers, and supporting departments

• Represent TD SYNNEX at business partner events

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Meet attendance and punctuality standards


**Requirements**


• Able to assimilate research data from various sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action

• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion

• Able to avoid win/loss situations and ensure productive resolutions of conflict

• Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion

• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
