About the Role:
A key member of our team, the Transparency Onboarding Account Manager will work closely with brands to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing usage of the Transparency service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with brands during the implementation phase as an adviser and project manager, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Document best practices, write onboarding guides, and advise the product management team on features that will enable self-service.
- Work with brands to expand ASIN enrollment into Transparency through Account Management driven activities.
A Day in the Life:
As a Transparency Onboarding Account Manager, you will have a significant impact on streamlining the operational processes involved in the implementation process, working closely with our product management team to drive innovation and improvements.
About the Team:
Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global service that allows consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain, ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience working with Excel and analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
