About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead our Supply Chain Solutions team in San Jose, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Industrials & Field verticals within the commercial sector
  • Take ownership of Industrials & Field verticals and become a leading expert on supply chain practices, needs, and opportunities for SMB customers
  • Develop and nurture Customer Advisors and Account Executives to improve their skills, processes, and tools
  • Participate in customer meetings to support Customer Advisors
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Product/Tech teams


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:



  • 5+ years of management experience of a sales team
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to Enterprise ($500MM+) organizations
  • 3+ years of sales experience selling to procurement roles
  • An entrepreneurial background with proven ability to deal with ambiguity, pivot quickly, adapt new process and run fast
