About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales and customer experience efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet operational needs
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- IDentify opportunities for additional product or service sales
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- 4+ years of account management experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a CRM environment
- Experience making decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data
- Experience providing and implementing solutions when needed
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
