Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Lot Squared Development. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance programs, coaching and training sales staff, and overseeing sales analytics and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and managing a sales outreach quality assurance program
- Coaching and training sales staff to improve performance
- Overseeing sales analytics and reporting to ensure data-driven decision making
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and goals are met
Requirements include:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Experience with quality assurance and sales auditing
- Experience implementing improvement plans, coaching, and training
- Experience with outbound sales or cold call center operations
