Career Opportunity:
At TD SYNNEX-Shyft Global Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive Manager to lead our team in developing long-term sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans with the Sales Director.
- Assign quarterly sales goals by territory and develop quarterly plans with outside sales.
- Present quarterly business plans at team level and manage 100% attainment of Sales and corporate special goals.
- Maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships and interface with departmental Director to ensure cross-corporate teamwork.
- Oversee strategic projects for division growth and provide sales with the tools needed for success.
- Develop motivational strategies and TD Monthly/Quarterly sales promotions.
- Oversee Employee Development activities, including quarterly one-on-one feedback meetings and quarterly service observations.
- Set up meetings with support departments and hold sales and staff meetings to improve communication.
- Respond to escalated customer issues and address personnel issues prior to HR involvement.
