As a Sales Executive Manager at TD SYNNEX-Shyft Global Services, you will develop and execute long-term sales strategies that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the development of current supervisors and sales representatives, participating in strategic division initiatives, and ensuring consistent employee management practices across the inside sales department.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. As a Sales Executive Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual business plans, assigning quarterly sales goals by territory, and presenting quarterly business plans at team level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Assign quarterly sales goals by territory and develop quarterly plans with outside sales for territory development
  • Present quarterly business plans at team level and manage 100% attainment of Sales and corporate special goals
  • Maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships and interface with departmental Director to ensure cross-corporate teamwork
  • Oversee strategic projects for division growth and provide sales with the tools needed, such as slippage reports, Credit Utilization, descending reports, new Customers reports, leads, and customer focuses, and the process to utilize them

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. You will also have opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company.
