Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at TDCR Tech Data Costa Rica. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned sales territories and day-to-day activities of sales team members to meet and exceed all established goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales territories and sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
