Strategic Sales and Distribution Manager

The Trade Development Manager (TDM) plays a pivotal role in achieving the long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the Monster brand portfolio. This involves managing distributor/Bottler business results in the assigned region/district and ensuring the success of the company in that respective territory. Key responsibilities include effective distributor management, solid market execution, and developing strong relationships with customers and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with distributors and customers in the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with national and regional strategies.
- Train and coach the distributor/Bottlers sales force to engage with the Monster brand and objectives.
- Align all national and regional strategies with the Region Manager and propose, negotiate, and implement local/region strategies in the assigned territory.
- Execute national and regional account strategies for all company products, achieving sales, profit, and market share objectives.
- Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through local and national sales programs.
- Monitor market/retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies, driving volume and profitability.
- Develop and manage partnerships to drive improved performance.
- Establish region and area performance goals and results using objective tools, information, and feedback.
- Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/Bottlers to track, monitor, and adjust efforts and produce desired outcomes.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a retail, Wholesaler, or Distributor sales environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment.
- Proven knowledge of Wholesalers, distributors, and retail customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and wholesalers, and collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and expense management skills.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English language.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
