Job Description

The Strategic Product Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve ICS targets for the assigned segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining the optimal product mix through continuous market research and analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Creating and submitting pricing strategies for approval and publication.
  • Managing inventory levels based on sales forecasts, market trends, and financial availability.
  • Designing and executing promotional campaigns through various channels.
  • Achieving revenue targets through effective price realization and product positioning.
  • Providing technical and commercial support to sales teams.
  • Maintaining metrics and performance indexes using advanced tools within Corporation standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (Master's in Business Administration is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning and product management.
  • Advanced knowledge of English language (fully bilingual).
  • Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Oracle, Cognos, or equivalent software packages.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Eaton provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
