Channel Sales Growth Specialist

At Nitel, we are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our channel sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in channel sales, with a strong understanding of the telecom industry and its complexities. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth across multiple states in your assigned region.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transactional partners and channel sales agents
- Cultivate new agent engagement and identify opportunities for growth and development
- Coach and educate sales agents on Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve productivity and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savviness
- Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience
- Creative and strategic thinking with good business sense
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Crack presentation skills and training experience is a plus
