Telecom Channel Development Manager

Nitel seeks a seasoned Telecom Channel Development Manager to shape channel development strategies and drive sales revenue across multiple states in the assigned region.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners. They will manage channel sales agents, cultivate new agent engagement, coach and educate sales agents on Nitel products and processes, and attend sales calls to qualify and present solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with RVP Channel Sales Regional Channel Directors and cross-functional leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners.
- Manage channel sales agents to drive regional channel sales revenue across multiple states in the assigned region.
- Cultivate new agent engagement from a predefined list of prospective transactional agents.
- Coach and educate sales agents regarding Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve their productivity and results.
- Attend sales calls with end users to qualify and present Nitel solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work remotely and be available during working hours to address fast-paced opportunity flow.
- 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savviness.
- Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
- Creative and strategic thinking with good business sense.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and job requirements.
