Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Channel Development Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive transactional revenue growth, improve partner satisfaction, and enhance our market presence.
About the Role
As a Channel Development Manager at Nitel, you will focus on:
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
- Cultivating Agent Engagement
- Coaching Sales Agents on Nitel Products and Processes
- Leveraging Selling Opportunities with Partners
- Managing Transactional Quoting and Partner Requests
- Driving Complex Solutions to Closure
- Maintaining Ongoing Communications with Partners
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savviness
- Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience
- Creative and Strategic Thinking, Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills and Training Experience (A Plus)
