Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Expansion Specialist to drive orders growth within a defined region and leverage 3rd party partners to improve reach. This role requires a proven track record of growing opportunities, acquiring new customers, and enhancing Branson's reach.
Responsibilities- Drive orders growth within the defined region, leveraging 3rd party partners to improve reach.
- Ensure above-market growth through a driven focus on existing customers, acquiring new customers, and price realization.
- Forecast orders performance successfully for the month and quarter based on CRM opportunity funnel, run rates, and team feedback.
- Supervise critical relevant metrics across the area and actively handle and mentor 3rd party reps.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent training and experience equal to 2 years of industrial management.
- Validated experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market.
- Technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical industries.

BenefitsAverage salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
