Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard, driving strategic account growth and ensuring overall success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account business plans and customer success strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
- Lead account kick-offs by identifying customer success criteria, updating customer success plans, and expansion needs.
- Analyze revenue forecasting, cost analysis, growth strategy, and monitor deal P&L performance to ensure profitability.
- Ensure managed services and customer engagement exceed relevant KPIs.
- Address customer escalations and communicate effectively about industry trends using industry-specific knowledge.
- 4-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience in customer experience, account/business management, or related field.
- IT Environment Management Certifications (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Lean IT, etc.).
- Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP).
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
