About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard, driving strategic account growth and ensuring overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute account business plans and customer success strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
  2. Lead account kick-offs by identifying customer success criteria, updating customer success plans, and expansion needs.
  3. Analyze revenue forecasting, cost analysis, growth strategy, and monitor deal P&L performance to ensure profitability.
  4. Ensure managed services and customer engagement exceed relevant KPIs.
  5. Address customer escalations and communicate effectively about industry trends using industry-specific knowledge.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience in customer experience, account/business management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IT Environment Management Certifications (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Lean IT, etc.).
  • Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP).
Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
