Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business development strategies to identify and acquire new clients in the financial services sector.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to craft compelling outreach campaigns and materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up meetings for our sales team.
  • Track and report on business development KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging business development techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
