We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Casino Business Development Manager to join our team at Now Digital Talent in Costa Rica. Job Summary:
The Senior Casino Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base, and maximizing revenue. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and achieve collective objectives.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong sales background, account management experience, and leadership skills. As a Senior Casino Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Actively pursuing new casino clients and sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our casino products and offerings.
- Providing exceptional customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and requests from casino clients promptly and professionally.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and client feedback, and making data-driven decisions to inform account management and sales strategies.
- Cultivating a basic understanding of casino products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and address basic product-related inquiries.
- Exhibiting leadership skills by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve collective objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven sales background, preferably in the casino gaming industry or a related field, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in account management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to nurture and grow client relationships effectively.
- Punctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with casino products, games, and services is essential to communicate effectively with clients and address basic inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track sales performance.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional results.
What We Offer:
As a Senior Casino Business Development Manager at Now Digital Talent, you can expect a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
