We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in achieving our revenue targets and expanding our client base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Recruit, manage, and coach a team of sales representatives
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and tools
