Sales Business Development Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our Sales team as a key member of our operations.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting client outreach and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
- Engage these prospects through targeted outreach initiatives.
- Nurture leads and schedule meetings: develop creative strategies to bring leads into the organization and provide market intelligence to the Sales team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM databases and tracking systems.
- Educate the team on optimizing CRM systems and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a US-based company.
- Exceptional English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience working with teams across different time zones is an advantage.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
