**Career Opportunity**

At Concentrix, we are looking for a Business Development Professional to partner with our global technology clients and drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Foster trust between customers and clients
  • Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners, and other sources
  • Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline) of leads
  • Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions
  • Develop an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings
  • Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through MQLs or prospecting

**Requirements**:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity
  • Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Experience learning new technology and data
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience learning new technology
  • Prior knowledge of Google programs (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Experience or willingness to work hybrid

**Language and Location Requirements**:

English, Spanish

Full-time position with virtual-first and remote work options
