Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in contributing to our growth and promoting innovative technology solutions at Iceberg Health.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales, driven by results, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new demand for our channel and sales organization, engaging with potential clients, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct high-level outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- IDentify customer needs and present customized solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Track and manage account information, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities using our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Meet identified monthly KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and progress
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- B2 Level English language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A passion for learning about our products and services, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
