**Job Overview**
The Straumann Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our client base.
- Cultivate rapport and establish meaningful connections with prospects through effective communication and active listening.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings with qualified leads.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback derived from prospect interactions, contributing to the refinement of sales strategies and messaging.
**Requirements**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and meticulous record-keeping.
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Fluency in English language (spoken & written).
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
