Business Development Representative

At Stubbins Real Estate, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting them into sales.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technology and have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for prospecting new leads, developing relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a professional who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new business leads through cold calling and other marketing initiatives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Using database software to track leads and activities
