Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is a fully remote opportunity that requires stable and reliable internet access. You will work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess a commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call assigned leads within the allotted time and cadence
- Build rapport with merchants and pre-qualify them for potential business opportunities
- Accurately disposition leads and maintain complete notes for reference
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes while coordinating efforts with funding advisors
- Complete assigned projects with the team to help grow the department
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in consumer sales or a related field
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven work experience in B2B sales, telesales, or lending industry
- Bilingual (English and Spanish or English and French-Canadian)
- Familiarity with CRM practices (HubSpot/Salesforce is a plus)
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible work arrangements.
