We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Bill Gosling Outsourcing.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to contribute to our market analysis, lead generation, and event planning efforts while providing administrative support and maintaining CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, identify potential clients, and build relationships that drive revenue.
  • Maintain and optimize customer relationship management systems to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience as a lead generator or executive assistant is an asset.
  • Marketing and Public Relations experience is beneficial.
