Overview: Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform business decisions

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention



Requirements:





  • 4+ years of experience in digital business development or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
