About the Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to successfully manage growth and profitability.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles for each customer and identify opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Possesses strong data entry skills.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
