Global Business Development Manager

We are Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL, and we offer a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Executive SSRM in Mexico. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota and key performance metrics, with experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business. They will also be proficient in Excel, including advanced level skills such as VBA/macros and advanced functions. Strong written and verbal skills in Spanish and English are a must.
As an Account Executive SSRM, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and helping high-potential Selling Partners troubleshoot launch blockers and adopt programs that will improve their performance on the Amazon marketplace. You will also prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets, providing data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that will help them optimize their success on Amazon.
In this role, you will work closely with Selling Partners to build success cases, provide business insights, training, and identify business opportunities. You will also enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems, becoming self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
