Business Development Manager for Water Solutions

At Global Water Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts for our Quatreau Tap family and HydreauBar range. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our global presence.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with experience in similar roles. You will oversee market launch management, competitor analysis, and product line development, leveraging your knowledge of water treatment products and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and expand our global presence.
- Manage market launches for new products, including competitor analysis and market research.
- Oversee product line development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze market trends and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university education in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

- $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
