Water Treatment Sales Strategist

We are a leading provider of water treatment solutions seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. As an Institutional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the market launch of our Quatreau Tap family and HydreauBar, analyzing market trends and competitors, and developing commercial strategies to drive business growth.
This role requires a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have:
- A university diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or business management
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is considered a plus
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on the LATAM market and HO.RE.CA channel development
- Technical knowledge of water treatment products and consumer high-end goods is a plus
The salary for this position is estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
