Senior Cloud Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Sales Strategist to empower our customers through Microsoft cloud value by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will support dedicated customers in identifying and achieving business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. This role requires strong customer relationships and advocating for customers within the organization/Microsoft.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strategic plans to transition customers to cloud solutions through cohesive plans and upsell motions.
• Leverage product and industry expertise to understand customers' business strategies and industry direction.
• Collaborate with resources to provide solutions-based engagement and address customer challenges.
• Identify decision makers and ensure continuity of customer accounts.
• Think strategically about sales territory, setting standards and priorities.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Execute a Cross Sell Area aligned GTM and prioritize customer outreach.
• Complete required training and development plans on time.
• Commit to Microsoft's values, culture, and Trust Code in every decision.
Requirements:
This position requires 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth, or equivalent qualifications based on education and experience.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
