About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our growing team at Cloud Software Group. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and advocacy.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of customer success engineers responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving key business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve customer success processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and develop targeted solutions to address these areas.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the necessary skills and knowledge to maximize the value of our products.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, customer retention, and advocacy.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Possess a deep understanding of cloud software solutions and SaaS businesses.
