Our Team

Our team operates globally across multiple regions, working closely with Selling Partners to optimize and drive their business. We wear many different hats to analyze and solve various challenges, making no two days the same.

Your Role

As a Global Sales Expansion Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across Europe, including UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Your focus will be on driving improvements in various areas, such as logistics, advertising, promotions, tax, compliance, fulfillment, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a complex European business landscape.
  • Liaise and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.
  • Analyze data and produce insightful business strategies that make a difference.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourcefully achieve success in the face of ambiguity.
  • E-Commerce industry or related industry experience.
  • Analytical skill and highly data-driven approach.

Location

This position is based in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
