Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across multiple categories and countries in LATAM.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or CX opportunities in the Mexican business landscape.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for seasonal events.
- Analyze data to create actionable insights that drive business impact.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
- Data analysis skills to assess performance drivers.
- Ability to deep dive into selling partner-level issues and provide recommendations.
